The Rocca and Sasso of Manerba del Garda Nature Reserve now extends over the area of the local park of supra-municipal interest, a level of protection corresponding to that of famous and protected marine areas such as the Cinque Terre. 

The botanical and faunal heritage is integrated with the continuation of the archaeological journey, which testifies the human presence since the Mesolithic, of the Civic Archaeological Museum of Valtenesi and the remains of the medieval fortress that gives its name to this unique place.
